My name is Ray Milidoni, also known as 'Regen Ray'. I am a Soil Health Advocate who is passionate about regenerating healthy soils. I host a podcast called "Secrets of the Soil" where I interview experts and discuss topics related to soil. I have a diverse background in marketing, podcasting, mentorship, management, and more.

I am the founder of a company called SoilConnect, which is dedicated to helping soil-based businesses grow their marketing. I teach people about soils through my online classrooms, webinars, and my podcast. I also help businesses and individuals reclaim their purpose and get back in the game. I am involved in various fields including marketing, management, operations, public speaking, podcasting, event management and many more.

My dream is deeply rooted in the soil. I envision a world where all 8 billion people have a profound understanding and connection to the life beneath their feet - the soil. I believe in the power of education and my mission is to enable and activate every human on Earth to learn about the importance of soil, its role in our ecosystem, and how it's the foundation of our food system. I dream of a world where everyone grows their own food, respects the soil, and understands its vital role in our survival and well-being. This connection to the soil is not just about understanding, but about fostering a deep respect and care for this precious resource.
